Hours long , Have to deal with demanding customers ,the pay sucks compaired to the hours , always working weekends and holidays,no creativity in the kitchen. just following pars and specs to reduce food cost.

i was a restaurant manager for 20 years. IT"S THE WORST JOB IN THE WORLD. Tons of hours , holidays and weekends.
