I think this video entered my sub-concious because i've now developed this kind of reflex and movement on a dam PS3 controller. I switched to Tactical set-up now im bobbing, dropping and fluttering ADS all on reaction. Fluttering the ADS seems to help lock on to target in impossible situations of reflex at close range where really you should be dead.

He's not using Steady Aim. There are no perks in promod, there are some slight accuracy and damage adjustments (I think) but I don't think they're too severe.
