Working out is just going to make the breast tissue under the nipples stick out more, so yeah you can get rid of the fat around the breast tissue but you're going to make the breast tissue stick out more giving your nipples are even weirder looking. When you turn 21 that probably means that yours isn't going away, most cases go away after the boy is done with purbity or before he's done.
i know mine won't go away most likely, and the weirder looking nipples thing, not true. look at bodybuilders that have gyno, most dont look like they have gyno. especially when the nipples are hard.

@ApzeroZ i first got it when i was about 15. I'm 20 now and i noticed that they got alot smaller :) i even started working out recently and it improved them alot as well. gynecomastia is REALLY hard to treat without surgery, but in some cases surgery is not required to get rid of it.

I have gyno and when my nips are hard you can't even fucking tell, mainly because i workout. I've had Gyno for about 8 years now, from the age of 11-12 to now, im almost 19, i was wondering if this ever does go away or is it permanent in my case?

@Squeegee33, 90% of gynecomastia in young boys who hit purbity goes away. Working out is just going to make the breast tissue under the nipples stick out more, so yeah you can get rid of the fat around the breast tissue but you're going to make the breast tissue stick out more giving your nipples are even weirder looking. When you turn 21 that probably means that yours isn't going away, most cases go away after the boy is done with purbity or before he's done.

I got gynecomastia problem too so I took my self to the surgery ,,the dr used liposuction for me and charged me rm 6500 ,,, but now already three month my gynecomastia still here unfortunately!! Me, I also have this condition. I'm just 19 years old. I thought this is just all fat (but i'm not), so I went to a gym to workout but then it didn't dissappear. I haven't checked it up with a doctor yet but then as I'm watching this video I was convinced that my condition was really gynecomastia. I'm a nursing student here in the Philippines and at first I keep on denying that this is gynecomastia. I hope I can have surgery. Let's all have HOPE, I'm happy to know that there is a treatment.

Yes ,excision is the only way to eliminate and cure Gynecomastia. Liposuction is fat only and will not cure the real Glandular Tissue which is the Real Gynecomastia. Liposction is needed only in some of the patients.

No don't consider surgery!! I got those at 13 also and I'm 23. You just like many men that have it has got too much estrogen in your body causing you to take on female characteristics. It's not that simple, what happens is fat breaks down, while they're exercising, the muscles get stronger and bigger. the fat disappears a bit.
the more muscle you have, the less fat you'll have. (high testosterone kills off fat)
muscle burns more calories than fat.
pseudogynocomastia is when you have man boobs that you can get rid of if you lost fat weight by working out.
REAL gyno, like what i have, no amount of exercise gets rid of it, although it will make it look better.

im starting to think that surgery is my only option.Its not as bad as these guys, i think its because i wrestling/cut weight. It irritates the hell out of me ive worked so hard, cut so much, and the breast tissue still remanes. Im tired of taking off my shirt to have people say "DAMN YOU GOT BIG NIPPLES" or "are those pepperoni slices?". Its never nice six pack or wow you must have worked hard to get that defined and lean.
