  • Very nice looking plane and nice flying. What's the wingspan and the engine size?

  • @microdon2 I think the wingspan is 102 inches. The engine is a Precision Eagle Inline 3 Cylinder with Sachs 4.2 cylinders.

  • Cool sound, nice flying and good photographer as well.

Have a look to my 3 cylinder powered P-51 "Galloping Ghost" (watch 5PnJkBl0Ql8)

    B.Regards

  • @MFGKirchdorf Thanks. When I saw your video of the galloping ghost I was so amazed by that engine sound I had to send it to my RC club, and they were all amazed, too. Great videos. I look forward to each new one.

  • If you want to listen to a really good engine type in 1/4 Scale P 51 Galloping Ghost. Not knocken your bird because it is a nice sounding airplane and looks great.

  • Awesome! Who makes or sells the 3-cylinder inline gasser? Thanks

  • @Chameleon787 YouTube search Bud Nosen 3 Cylinder Engine P-51 and you'll find a video with more info on his plane. He says it's a Precision Eagle Inline 3 Cylinder with Sachs 4.2 cylinders.

  • Good looking bird! I only fly electric so I'm no expert on the engine noise, but it sounds great to me :-)

  • sounds a bit rich

  • WOW! That is one cool warbird! Big and FAST!!!! Maybe it was the video's audio, but it didn't sound like it was running totally perfect..??..
