There are things which are more logical in Pharaoh (such as no food grows on farms during winter months and you can block the movement of wandering citizens with something placed on the road), but the overall picture of C3 is better than what Pharaoh has. I like its music better, even if it has only one track for a population range.

@EntinludeX well in fact the citizens will always say something about whats the most wrong its the city, like if the gods are angry a little enough and thats the biggest threat, then they'll do that, if there is not enough food, they'll say something about this etc ect. There are rares sentences who aren't influenced by those kind of things like market buyers when they go buy something or fire-workers :)

@MDXbleach93 i pay myself the 100 per month max salary which equals 1200dn a year so i have 77 thousand dn in my govenor personal salary account i know thers a logical explanation i'm just curious. each forum holds the exact same amount, if you add those up, they equal the total amount in your city senate, which is 1/3 of of what i have i my treasury...ugh i know i'm onto something i just can't figure it out!!

Caesar 4 and 5 got strange graphics imo. My comp overkills caesar 3 extremly hard, but that's not a reason to not play it.

You must to try evolve your houses. Try to get large insulaes or patrician villes

And win money with trade routes

i already tried it but my prosperity rating is just 14 but the objective is 25

One small tent is enough to hold down the entire prosperity rating even if you have palaces, check map for any. Try to evolve those tents into hovel/housing. Use water wells at the minimal. Use overlay view to see water coverage and land desirability.

Next is your city is losing money. Check you rating or chief advisor. Under ratings, the advisor might give advice on what to do as well. Usually don't overspend money for a time and let your money grow. Think takes a year.

Tarraco map don't have the necessary resources to evolve all the way up to palace nor it's necessary to get palaces as the required prosperity to win the scenario is only 25.

Are you sure you are playing the map of Tarraco? Certain maps restrict to different crops like wheat or vegetable or fruits.

on the desert map i got 18,000 once before the city just started to fall apart. First the food couldnt stretch enough, then the mood went, then people left, then unemployment, then no people staffing the temples, then gods got angry, then there was punishments, then there was riots ... and then I switched the PC off lol
