It happens everywhere genius. Heck it even happened in Melbourne when the members stand was demolished and there was nothing to boo.

I used to be a GABBA member. If we did the mexican wave, they usually tried to kick us out because it was against there "rules". Usually at the cricket, the members is full of old people anyway, hence why it dies as it goes past. But usually at the AFL, the mexican wave will go through there eays as its full of young kids.
