Pure heroin is not damaging your body. unlike most other drugs, alcohol and nicotine included. Pure heroin is not as bad as they want you to believe. The problem is that you cant get pure heroin cause its cut and cut many times before the user gets it in his possesion. Actually, I think they might have said a chemical reaction with the foil to something in certain batches of smack... so maybe both have an element of truth. Clearly though, this video intimates that heroin itself causes it... when it is the law that has caused it. I got a friend who's gotten really into dope recently and he smokes a $20 all at once and gets high for 30mins to an hour at most, when that amount can normally keep me high for 8+ hours. I actual went to eldorado high school and i was a senior, and i went to school with patrick and had a class with him and everyone after a while knew about his problem and just thought he was a crazy druggie, which i guess was true. i saw him at a party once and we were in some room smoking pot and drinking and him and his friend started chasing and everyone there told him "pills and alcohol together can kill you" and he's like "thats bullshit" he didn't listen and thats what happened, i tried :(
started off smoking it, went to shooting, escalated to 4-6 grams a day. 8-10 shots a day, .6 each, i would atleast nod a lil from it but rarely got high. just looked for the smell, taste, warmth, itchyness. what i was addicted to more than the dope was having something react and live for you. after not feeling for so long, monotony is fucking awesome, and having something to fuel it is even better.

I got a friend who's gotten really into dope recently and he smokes a $20 all at once and gets high for 30mins to an hour at most, when that amount can normally keep me high for 8+ hours. An for anyone wondering heroin isn't just a "one hit and your addicted" kind of drug as it's thought to be. It starts out with just doing it only on weekends to once or twice a week and eventually is daily occurrence and a NEED to use to stop physical withdrawal symptoms.

I actual went to eldorado high school and i was a senior, and i went to school with patrick and had a class with him and everyone after a while knew about his problem and just thought he was a crazy druggie, which i guess was true. i saw him at a party once and we were in some room smoking pot and drinking and him and his friend started chasing and everyone there told him "pills and alcohol together can kill you" and he's like "thats bullshit" he didn't listen and thats what happened, i tried :(

started off smoking it, went to shooting, escalated to 4-6 grams a day. 8-10 shots a day, .6 each, i would atleast nod a lil from it but rarely got high. just looked for the smell, taste, warmth, itchyness. what i was addicted to more than the dope was having something react and live for you. after not feeling for so long, monotony is fucking awesome, and having something to fuel it is even better.

Nicotine the active constitute in tobacco is active at 0.6-4mg and consuming 250mg of alcohol you run the risk of going into a coma while Diactylmorphine (Heroin) is 4x the potency of morphine having recreational active at 5-10mg in non-tolerant people. I've done heroin on occasion (2-4 times a month) for the past 3 months and not that Mexican black tar shit, the good brown stuff from South America. Honestly all it takes is good self control and true gratuity for your sober life to be able to safely enjoy heroin, at least from the recreational stand point imo.

These days I chase a gram everyday to be well, except sundays when I sleep to recover, wake up sick on monday n my nightmare starts again. My "good self control " jumped out the window 6 months ago. All I now is it takes lotsa faith, strength n courage to kick the damn horse... .

But to say its as dangerous to smoke as to inject (in terms of OD, death, infection etc etc) is complete and utter bull shit. Very very rarely do people die off smoking. Addictiveness is a whole different issue. The reason addiction kills is due to the illegality of the drug and what its cut with, not the drug

You are injecting a non-sterile fluid into your body that often contains cotton fibers. The news story is ignorant to report that kids think it's safer because "it doesn't leave track marks or sores." 1) Smoking an opioid is a far less lethal method of administration compared to intravenous or intramuscular injection. The statement "smoking it is just as deadly" is a immensely broad generalization. The are fewer deaths associated with smoking heroin than any other method of administrated.
