@llevijr God doesn't send people to hell, they send themselves to hell through their own agency, through the knowledge of good and evil that has been obtained through the plan of salvation, meaning that Adam and Eve had to fall (Which was meant to happen to give us that agency) so that we can choose where to spend our lives in eternity, whether it be in darkness or the light of our heavenly father.
