I rang up my police station but they said they were unable to offer legal advice and I should contact my attorney. I'm getting quite worried now and any others reading should be also since we are all most likely facing jail time! Maybe if we plead guilty they will give a lighter sentence???
If you are against violence of the games go to google and type:
"Ban Ultra violent video games"
After researching right click and go to the online petition, or more than 79 signatures against violent games. No need to create an account to pay, you only need to make a signature, name / email / comment.

i am grimly pessimistic about this. i dont think there is any way we can get an R rating for games until atkinson is out of office. even if they were to overturn this ridiculous technicality that atkinson is exploiting, by the time the government/courts even consider considering this case our grandchildren will be old.
@BlueKewne The game is made with the Torque 2D engine, which doesn't support browser play at the moment. However, they are working on an in-browser play mode which should be available soon.
i know, but that doesnt change the fact it would require a complete rewrite in a completely different engine for it to work on the web, and usually it is harder to make a game work on the web than just as an executable.

Funny game, pretty fun, and addresses the issue clearly.
The only problem I have is that this looks like a flash game at BEST. Why do you have to download an EXE?
