@HaligonianType1 yes, the tips itself is more painful. I alternate each finger each time. Tried testing on my palm near my thumb but can hardly get any blood there ( regardless of which setting I have it on ) Haven't ever tried the forearm yet.
mike your an Inspiration, thanx for the vids, you take it easy dude.
im glad we have brave people like ur self, who are not afraid to show they are Diabetic, and to show other people who have Diabetes that they are not alone, once again thanx.
did you prick the middle of your finger? i've been told prick the sides cause it hurts less and causes less nerve damage in the fingers ^-^ pricking the middle would sometimes cause bruising too =X
@supaglue1 I'm diagnosed just 2 months ago. aren't you supposed to change the lancet every day? I have been ( seriously! ) and if you don't, it makes the testing much more painful.
Do you test on the side of your fingers also? Less pain then the pads...

Haha I can vouch for.. NOT changing my lancet every time.. I think i changed mine... 3 weeks ago? or more.
It does hurt less when I do change it.. but oh well. Too much of a hassle.

Aww don't you just love those morning highs (eww). Have to agree with the last comment about the multiclix - much nicer to use :)

Multiclix are less painful and easier to change than softclix.

Agreed. I hated the softclix. Multiclix are MUCH better.
Here's one question though: What's the real difference between Humolog and Novolog?
