Schön, hier mal wieder was von "Je später der Abend" sehen zu können. Hier wurde der Grundstein zu dem gelegt, wofür die Talkshows bei den öffentlich-rechtlichen Dritten noch heute stehen: Qualität durch Talk mit Hirn und Verstand und der Verzicht aufs quotengeile Mit-Dreck-Werfen, was sich nach wie vor "Talks" wie "Britt" und "Die Oliver Geissen Show" zu eigen machen. Wäre schön, wenn es von "Je später der Abend" hier noch mehr zu sehen gäbe. Fürs Hochladen besten Dank und 5 Sterne.

well, she said to him "I like you, I really like you" when he talked about throwing eggs at the german chancellor's head. And he's a condemned criminal and the germans knew her as the brave, well-behaved "Sisi" - so this was shocking...

His exact words were "Aber wenn ich persönlich jetzt entschliesse Herrn Brandt n' Ei an den Kopp zu werfen, dann ist das nicht politisch, sondern das ist unanständig." So he is saying that the act of throwing an act would not be political but naughty. (He is not saying that he wants to throw eggs or something like that.)

Is her reation indeed famous...?

wenn man bedenkt, welchen "Talk"-Müll uns heutzutage die Privaten vorsetzen, dann kann ich nur sagen: "Je später der Abend", zunächst mit Dietmar Schönherr, anschließend mit Reinhard Münchenhagen und Hansjürgen Rosenbauer, das war noch echter Talk mit Niveau. Nachfolger im öffentlich-rechtlichen Fernsehen wie "3 nach 9", "Die NDR-Talkshow" und "Riverboat" können dieses Niveau bis heute halten.

Sehr guter Kommentar und ganz meiner Meinung. Die waren damals einfach unverkrampfter und haben mehr geplaudert. Heute gehen die meisten mit einer Liste in die Show die abgearbeitet wird. Die komplette Sendung mit Münchhausen/Kinski schaue ich mir selber ab und zu an.

@kinofritze1 yeah sorry about that, was a problem on my end. btw: so much has changed on youtube in 1 year, back then yours was the only video up, by now they have uploaded the entire episode. so if anyone is looking for more of the show, by now they should find it easily.

the clip was excerpted as part of another show... and as they fade out, the actual hosts of the show that this clip was shown on start commenting. (Sounds like the notorious "Hella von Sinnen")
