The only real difference between pure blacks and blacks mixed with other races is physical, and possibly cultural, depending on the individual person.

It's only an extract of birth, not a proper certificate of birth. An extract of birth or cert of live birth, is a statement that someone was born, be it anywhere in the world. It just proves the date of the birth, not the place or jurisdiction.

Obama wont reveal his proper brith certificate, schooling records and change of name paper work. His real name is Barry, as you probably know.
