i have to go in garden house and look for gold. i knew that i by this record in the 80s, and not so much people arround me, who know this group.it was my personal favourit , after rick james. in german television , they give a rick james special in the verry early 80´s, that infected me for this kind of music. i was in the age of 14 i think..

That was Rick James main lead guitar player. Where do you think got some of his Rock sound from? Thats right from Tom McDermontt himself. Thats a bad MF when it comes to the lead guitar. I was blessed to have seen Rick 7 times and every show he let Tom do a solo every show. That MF was tight...

No problem. When you get a chance go out and get Rick's 1982 DVD Live in Germany and you'll see what I mean about Tom. Now while your watching it, it will give you 1st hand account of what it was really like seeing a Rick James show Live. Rick was always alot wilder Live than her ever was on tv trust me. Total perfection...

These were some great guys. In 1983, right before their concert tour with Rick James, I was their personal trainer and used to go out to Rick's house every day to whip them into shape. They all welcomed me and became friends. I have a copy of this album on my wall that they all signed the day they left for their tour. Very cool.

@thomas1990287 If you go back and look at old school albums back in the 70's and 80's there were tons of integrated bands. But Rick's bands including Mary Jane Girls had Maxi. Rick played with Neil Young. I love music bruh. But yes. Dazz Band, The Time, don't even bring up the Average White Band. Prince was probably the most integrated. Right @thomas1990287 ?
