@jerome1001001 no, usually you need a AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) membership in order to fly at an RC airfield like that. That way your are insured if you hit something or someone with your plane.

@Pilotsofer I think they recommend a 3000mah 20C 3cell 1P battery for it. If you have a good intelligent charger, a good quality 20C can be charged between 2C and 4C (check your battery doco). So on the safe side, say you charge at 2C (2x3000mah=6amps) you could therefore put 3000mAmps into the battery in about 30 minutes.

The LiPo batterys these things use can be quite volatile so never charge them in the aircraft or within 6 feet of anything flamable. If you doubt me just search lipo explosion
