Good points. You leave out that the violence recommended in the Koran is against unbelievers and there is no cut off for these commands until all unbelievers are either killed or subdued. In the Bible the violence was in order for the freed Jewish slaves to be able to regain their promised homeland. There is no violence against non-believers and no justification for violence beyond obtaining and protecting the Jewish homeland. All nations fought for their territory and will fight when attacked.

I was being sarcastic. You are wrong in stating they are equally violent. There is absolutely NO WAY to measure the Koran to the Christian Bible, thus it is open to debate. I am sure you understand this.
