@caitlynstrobel Great job... the first several rolls I made looked helpless but tasted great!! I buy most of my Eel sauce which you can get online or at a local Asian market. It's relatively easy to make with three ingredients (soy sauce, mirin and sugar) I will be making a video soon. Hope this helps. Sushi Mark :-)
i love how you always say its important to clean the knife in between cuts, yet you dont ever do it yourself lol. that roll looks AMAZING by the way! mmmmmm. ive noticed you are quite the fan of shrimp tempura based rolls, i am too :D
@Kingspade808 If you use a serrated knife you can get away with it....for a couple of cuts anyways, but a regular sushi knife will stick and make a mess. I get a little excited to plate the roll.... cause I'm one step closer to eating it!!!!
