Jamie writes a lot about relationships, and mostly about observations on other peoples relationships. I think that this video is about regretting giving someone a second try, and that's highlighted in the phone call at the end (They're the same person) where he realises the full extent of his mistake.

Cryptic, but it's the only conclusion i could think of based on the lyrical/visual correlation.

And it's a fucking great song. They come from my town :)

Wrenchestate is right. It's not necessarily supposed to be realistic but its a big "what if". What if you met your girlfriend's exact clone, played "hide the sausage" (lmao) with her and then found out it was her. It's a hypothetical: do you really love just the first one, or the second one? Was it cheating or not? What would you do? Will science ever develop to a point where this could be a real problem?...It's just a weird little thing to think about. Like the chicken and the egg...
