You should destroy the Cube before the Sphere.

To destroy the Sphere: Have Voyager being attacked within the transwarp conduit by the Sphere, and the part where the Sphere opens up and envelops the ship for assimilation...

The Sphere comes out of the transwarp conduit with the fleet attacking it, and as it approaches Earth and attacks the planet, Enterprise destroys it with quantum torpedoes, then seeing San Fransisco and Starfleet Command devastated by the Sphere (When the Breen attacked).

If I may make a suggestion, you should add the bit where the escaping Sphere reaches the Borg Unicomplex, and the Voyager crew using the Delta Flyer to find it, and Janeway disabling the Queen's regeneration chamber, to disrupt her command and escape, with the Delta Flyer being chased by the Diamond, and 2 Cubes... to the point where the Voyager destroys the transwarp conduit with their torpedoes, destroying the ship.

Actually only 2 more Borg vessels were destroyed sorry about the confusion! It does look like 2 are destroyed at the same time but that's why I added the part where Daxx says that's one down!

Star Trek will always be a sci-fi favorite. The Air and Space Museum in my home city of San Diego has an exhibit on Star Trek. They have everything ranging from props from the shows/movies, etc.
