Nice version--hadn't come across it before. They weren't the same after John Cippolina left, his quivvering sound was part of the signature sound, and a chunk of the SF sound. They were so musical.
what happen to all the videos on you tube with "what about me"???. They had so many originals now they are all live and some not good quality. Great son by the way, thank you!
Fekkin Cipollina. Just the best at trippin music. Spent many a day back in the 70s listening to QMS rock out, they were the best LSD band in history....oh when John played with the Dead, it was a close 2nd.
As always...10 min. of BLISS! Cippolina at his best, as always...Thanks so much! YEAH,I BELIEVE-MAGIC MOMENTS! QMS, 1 of greats IN R&R HISTORY-In Wash.DC, mid-80's, Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan,Tom Petty show- This is a rare moment w/ QMS equal to the best of anyone anywhere-Dylan, Dead, Petty was amazing-Kidz saved my tiks-I's pik-pock'd-Ghetto homee-I hear 1-Jerry's kidz:"Give back his tiks! I ck., Gone! 20+kidz surround homee, got my tiks, saved my show! Imagine?get to gate, no tiks 4me&my luv?
Dude & Dudettes, what has to the world, I remember this song, and everyone thought we were nuts for listening to it... but look at the world today, God take me back to this time and leave me....lol

Wow! What a FANTSTIC live recording; I could actually FEEL the bass, just like LIVE... And Cippolina just smokes on here; incredible!
Too bad the rest of this concert is not available, maybe on CD, or maybe there is more from where this came from; incredible!

Saw Quicksilver in 1969 at the Beachs pavillon (Jacksonville, Florida). They banded all concerts after that show because of the pot smoking.

Too funny. Used to smoke in front row of indoor concerts in 80s. The good old days.

QMS improv at its best. Nothing like the California music scene circa 1969. Thanks for this impressive post.
