This is a very good Trailer, of the art of fencing, i myself have been fencing for over 30 years and still active, teaching in uk, and the nederlands, as it says it all about touche and not to-be touche! its about you and your partner the skill and so on and its fun. conrad Makoski
dont be fooled by this video, fencing is like any sport, it is not always elegant, infact it rarely is, u can get bruises twice the size as any football one and u can get injured, dont think this ideo represents what fencings really like, it doesnt.
I'm fencing for more than 13 years now, but thank you for your advice. What's the rpoblem in finding the trailer interesting? Does Hollywood movies represent the real life...?!? OMG
Ever heared of a word that's called "irony"? I really don't know what's your problem - but there's no discussion that there must be a big one!
If you don't like the movie clip or the movie-maker (maybe this could be your prob?) just let me know, but stop your pretty silly comments and advices. I now got it that you might be the omniscient godfather of fencing tradition. But who cares...???
If you're just half as good in fencing than in grousing you must be on the way to the world-championship!
firstly im 13 and winnin the british championships and fencing abroad three times seems gd enough to me even if u dont believe it
secondly i dont know the moviemaker or hav any interest in knwing them
and thirdly i do have a problem wiv people taking the mikky out of the sport, my dads a coach, my mums fenced at a very high level, my brother has been fencing for 8 yrs and i hav grown up wiv this sport and hear about it every day, so yes.. i do hav a problem
...go tell your barber (or therapist) and please stop boring us! The whole disussion becomes a little bit stupid now!
Übrigens habe ich keine Lust mehr, mich länger in Deiner Sprache mit Dir zu unterhalten. Werde erwachsen und lerne mal eine Fremdsprache und dann kannst Du weiter diskutieren!
As a former college and club fencer, this film provides an excellent testimonial to the passion fencers have for their sport - a sport that can be followed virtually into your dotage! Well done, Bert Shapiro, for once again focusing your lens on an under exposed topic and educating us delightfully.
