SOS has this ability to craft albums that you can listen to from top to bottom, without skipping a song. You KNOW that's a good album when u can play it all the way through!
The reason that they are not as famous among the masses is because today's vapid people, who do not think of anything with quality or style are so quick to accept the likes of Britney Spears or some "new" street sound artist and immortalize it as there is NOTHING else on earth to listen to. But that is just fine because WE do listen to them and appreciate what they bring to the table. Go Corrine and Andy! We LOVE you!!!

Bravo!! Very good melody, why i dont understand that SOS is not famous world wide is beyond me. Most of todays music is garbage to me and i do listen to all music.
I agree ukon 100% - this album just gets better the more I listen to it - I just had such a nice little drive in my Honda Fit on a mild sunny day here in Mass...listening to the CD, could just escape for a little bit from all the stresses of life. Which is what music should be - not like a noisy, painful reminder of everything that's wrong. Beautiful, wonderful, superb, WOW. Thanks again liquid for doing the neat little slideshows to the music.
I've loved SOS since the 80's, and I LOVE this song. I agree with Achilles 222, that it is a song more reminiscent of their earlier CD's, and I think it would be nice if they recorded more songs in that same breezy style. As to whether or not it sounds like the Blood, Sweat, and Tears song, who cares? Many great songs sound vaguely similar to tunes that came before them.
Has that "international" ambience-just love that distinct groove that she really has almost single-handedly made famous right out of the starting blocks beginning with her 80's megahits. She didn't hold back in bringing back that familiar magic she's so famed for. The chords she's in are just way out fabulous. But this time she really played with her diction in an interesting way in this song; it sounds very "cabaret" - it GRABS with such flair(the words 'show', 'go'& 'know'). Awesome.
I bought this CD - it's absolutely fabulous. It's FILLED with awesome songs. Her magic is so unreal. Once again, we have a number of just incredible songs. The stuff of dreams and magic. She opens the doors for you to fly free.
Totally different chord switches, not like BS&T at all ( I know DCT ) and he said it's not even close! The only thing in common with "You Made Me So Very Happy" is the word "happy" PERIOD.
SOS did use parts of "You Made Me So Very Happy" in other arrangements, but this one ain't it!
This is not the same song as the Blood,Sweat & Tears' song. They are both upbeat and use the word 'happy.' Anyway, I like this song. It sounds more like the early songs by SOS that are brighter and more energetic. I hope the new album has more of this kind of song.
This sounds like "You've Made Me So Very Happy" by Blood, Sweat & Tears??? I knew this sounded like some hit song just couldn't think of it, then it hit me, that's Blood, Sweat & Tears!!! the chorus melody sounds exactly the same.
