  • Hi hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my m8 got amazing Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • peter what is your thoughts on pre work out shakes and protein powder, and creatine or something along that line... also, you should make videos about nutrition and recipes for food bc it would help alot! especially if they were posted on your youtube channel bc you have like two on your website lol

  • @ThatZevGuy Not really unless you have not trained for a while. Sure it will make your stronger and maybe if you also eat to bulk up you could add some muscle.

  • @DeathPanic80 You can do this with NOTHING at all or even use any kind of ball.
