@XxEllenMaccaxX The scream was in the episode. Soon after Seska revealed she was inc ontrol of the holo-program, Tom & Tuvok ran where they met a holographic Janeway who tried to attack Seska but the gun malfunctioned and ended up vaporizing her. During the process, Janeway screamed just like in this trailer.

Again, a totally misleading trailer. However, in this case it actually serves a purpose, since this episode has a bit of a mystery motif to it.

the one thing that gives this episode away as being not all it appears, is that Tom appears in a yellow uniform...still the episode was good.
