Because of former Prime Minister (1996-2001) Sheikh Hasina (Awami League chief), Bangladesh lost more than five billion taka (88 million dollars) through the purchase of the DW 2000H frigate from South Korea's Daewoo Corporation. She should be arrested for her corrupt activities. This "Korean Frigate" is another well-known Awami corruption. Hasina should be arrested by the current Caretaker Government on corruption charges.

Unique Group Managing Director, Nur Ali, acted as a middle man of the MIG-29 deal. He took commision on behalf of Hasina. Nur Ali, Sheikh Hasina, and some other people caused a loss of Tk 700 crore (US$123 million) to the public exchequer in purchase of eight MIG-29 fighter jets. Current Caretaker Government should arrest Nur Ali and Hasina for the MIG-29 corruption. MIG-29 corruption is just one of the infamous Awami corruption.

Almost every day, newspapers published how Awami League's cadres raped girls in different parts of Bangladesh.
