The thing was, this showed that darkness can be beautiful. There are artists who can create something that speaks directly to the soul in that their creation isn't just another bright example of blissful fortune.

I think this is why later FF titles, while good, just don't stand up to 6 or 7. The darkness is gone. We need another dark FF game with Nobuo!
