I saw them supporting Budgie at West Runton Pavillion around 81' I think. They almost had as huge response as the headliner got and totally blew the place apart. Sad that they never acheived greater things. Check out the excellent best of available through Amazon. Good days!
Can somebody post the whole song? For many years I had this and "Stormchild" from the Friday rock show session. Got mfm2 as well. I would have been 16 and Sudbury was a long way from Bury on an AP50!!!
Great post! I remember this song - Trespass really were an awesome band and shoulda been huge! I remember Chris Collingwood's review of this gig - I saw Trespass a few month's later - happy times!
If this was the gig at St Peter's Church, Sudbury, I was there. Looks like it could be, the acoustics were pretty bad as you'd expect from a church. I'm amazed that anyone managed to film this back then, anyone know who did it?
I saw their first gig at Sudbury Upper School when they were still "Track 4" and my geography teacher was on bass, my mate secretly taped it on a cassette recorder under his seat, but I don't know what happened to the tape.
Hi Pirate, we were there (at SUS) together then. My old man was also a teacher at the school he got me a signed copy of the single by all the band including Richard Penny.
I was also at the Caroline Radio gig plus many, many others all over the UK. I also helped out with the "Through The Ages" cassette abum.
Great days. Trespass never got the credt they deserved. Superb band.
Ha! I am Chris Collingwood that reviewed this gig for Sounds. I really, really though they would be up there with Leppard and Maiden. Ah well. Very stange to see this clip. It was at a big church hall in Sudbury where the band came from. It was them and the Radio Caroline roadshow, as I recall.. Didn't even know it was filmed - it's like having somone go into your memories! If you read this guys (and I heard from Dave Crawte about a year ago)....sorry I got it so wrong but hope all is ok.
Bloody hell! Just sat here having a NWOBHM reminisce to myself and slammed an unlikely 'Trespass' in the search box! Brilliant. I bought this as a single when it first came out from 'Adrians' out of the back of Sounds paper. Lost in time now but remember it had a yellow record label. How sad......
One of the greatest songs ever writen! Please upload the whole song! The guitar solos are amazing it's such a shame Trespass didn't get the recognition they deserve.
@brutalfrankieb cool thanks

Excellent track , very very underated band, "one of these days "is a classic rock track that never got the airplay it deserved.
