  • He's the definite article

  • After Baker and Pertwee left the scene Dr Who went rapidly down hill and has remained there ever since. Modern episodes are UTTER garbage.

  • It like tom baker to roger moore they are the best - fact.

  • @MrNeversaynever Roger Moore? He never played the Doctor, or do you mean you like him as James Bond?

  • The guy is still alive man.

  • Genesis of the Daleks is still one of the best Dr who storys, Tom Baker was a excellent Dr Who.

  • TOM BAKER THE REPTILE

  • check out my vids, i'm pretty new!!!

  • That's the first Dr Who theme music - much better than the tinny syth crap introduced in 1980.

  • @sirtinycreep I have a few different versions of this theme song I got them for my son, he loves the theme song from Doctor Who and the one he likes the most is from the 70s and my son is only 6.

  • Where Did You Get That Font???

  • go to my page and comment and rate my tribute to all the doctors i left out Peter Cushing tho

  • Glad you mentioned "The Talons of Weng-Chiang", TheKakuroMaster. This was the first story I remember watching when they started showing this on UK GOLD. Really scary with all the giant rats!

  • The Pyramids of Mars is his best

  • Brain of Morbius,... need i say more?

  • Very nicely done !

Those shots remind me why I think this was the best doctor ever not to mention the shows had alot of depth and character

  • Daleks!

  • Hey look at this way My father was a DR in this time. My dad even me wanting to marry Tom Baker as DR WHO at 7.

  • An excellent compilation of shots.

  • Tom Baker will allways be the best, i liked his phrase would u like a jelly baby

  • The best Dr is Tom. John Pertwee comes in 2nd.

  • Don't forget The Deadly Assassin too!:d

  • Definitely, I think Tom Baker was the best Doctor and that music rocks. I used to watch him on that show every night when I was little

  • Yeah, some of my favorite Doctor Who serials come from Tom's era like: The Horror of Fang Rock, the Talons of Weng-Chiang, and the Planet of Evil.

  • i think David Tennant is the best doctor

  • Do you know for the last 3 years I have been thinking of ways for the 4th doctor to return for a one off in a new episode. First idea was a clone of the 4th Doctor, but the best one yet is he could simply have split in two and vanished out into space during his regeneration. It would also simply explain why he has aged when he returns. After all he did have the weirdest regeneration out of all the Doctors apart from Troughton so far.

  • him and pertwee where the best doctors

  • oh yeah... i can remind this serie i used to see it. when i was five years old in mexico

  • got to love the curly hair. isnt jelly baby?

  • where's his trademark??? some tribute, not a jelly bean in sight...

  • Jelly bean? Jelly bean! Don't you mean Jelly Baby?

  • I must say this was the best tribute to Tom Baker the best of all the Doctors I have ever seen. I just wish that I could see more of the older Doctor Who eposides like the ones in your tribute. Keep up the good work.

  • There is only one Dr. Who for me that is Tom

    Baker the 4th Doctor

  • My mom says this guy is the best doctor, and I agree.

  • Best Doctor, best music and the BBC have made a dogs bum of it all. Tennant, good turn but not the doctor. Not even a medic nurse assistance. By the way Thornaby Spitfire Pub is a TIA shit hole.

  • The best ever - the best actor- the best theme music which has been poorly produced since.

    absolutely irreplaceable!!!

  • i mean saturday

  • nope i live in cincinatti and i see it every saturdat night

  • And on UKTV Drama in the UK.

  • there are reruns now on pbs of the the 4th doctor seasons

  • Yeah, but only in like Iowa I think. I have cousins who live there, so when I go to visit I always stay up late to watch them.

  • I have a stripey scarf like his! I love it to bits. The best Doctor, even though I wasn't around to see the episodes aired on TV (too young...). David Tennant is good though too...

  • I always wanted Tom! :)))

  • #4 was my doctor.I always wanted a K-9.

  • An excellent compilation of shots.

    I totally agree with 'rand43'.

  • great tribute for who i think was the greatest doctor of them all but david tennant and chris ecclenton have done him proud

  • If there was a TV show I couldn't dare to miss, it was Dr. Who, and of all the 4th Doctor is the best. Great tribute here!

  • This is supurb. I've always liked Tom Baker's Doctor, he's my dad's favourite and he's probably mine too!

  • baker owns

  • Doctor #4 is the one that got me hooked. In the late 70's here in America, his early episodes (Robot thru Invasion of Time) were played endlessly on public television as well as local stations. And I couldn't get enough of it.

I agree Tom got me hooked, I couldn't get enough. PBS loved the Doctor in the 80's. And i still have a crush on Romana.

  • Which Romana? {Mary or Lalla? Or both?}

  • While I never had a crush on Romana, this is how I got hooked as well. I watched it on Public Television and couldn't get enough of it!! Loved Tom Baker, and I still do.

  • Tomu Beika ga segoku kakkoii desu yo ne

  • Hai, so desu! :)

  • go h-an mhaith, is maith liom seo ar fad...

  • Sorry? I only understand English.
