yes he sucks, that is why he is paid millions of pounds by one of the top F1 teams, that is why he out performed alonso in his debut season and won the title the following season... The pit exit is red EXTREMELY rarely, which is why it wasn't be looked for. Rosberg made EXACTLY the same mistake seconds later. Try thinking with your brain.

so the fact it happens rarely means he should just get off, when your racing at this level you should be constantly aware of your surroundings and you say it's extremely rare it was during a SC period in which time the pit lane starts as red and Hamilton came in very early on in the SC period, he should of pre-empted the fact the light would be red, it was quite simply a stupid mistake which he really shouldn't have made in the first place.

That's not what I said. What I said was that the situation is so rare that 2 of F1's most promising drivers made what was, I agree, a fundamental mistake within seconds of each other. I said nothing about 'just getting off', it was a genuine racing accident, as was Raikonnen's crash with Sutil.
