I cant get the brush to brush in the darker copied layer that we did a hide layer mask on (about 9minutes) . I cant figure out why, so I was using the eraser.

@gaianmind2012 When this happens, be sure you are using the opposite color as the mask, black or white. Be sure your brush isn't set to opacity or something. Like how you have layer properties, you also have brush properties, color dodge and all that. Set it to none. Be sure you are drawing on the mask by clicking the little mask square in the layer.

lol, what I did on the eyes was to use the brush tool and sample the white part of the eye and then I painted the center of he eye with a smooth brush

Sure he can baby it down so that more ppl are able to follow it and make it 3 times longer then necessary teaching you stuff you should already know if you are watching something like this. @dwtnigg Sorry, but this video series is not for total beginners. Not that there is anything wrong with being a total noob. We all were at some point. It's just that this video is for more advanced users, users that know what I am clicking by simply watching the video.

If enough people request it, I will do one for beginners where I explain everything I am doing step by step. "I am now clicking on this tool, etc."
