I’m an American law biding citizen I had the misfortune encounter with these thugs in Detroit Windsor crossing coming back from Canada, they held me and my wife in a room no drink no bathroom, for two hours. No reason at all.
You do not know how free you are till you meet these animals.
The BP does their job every day and night by making their apprehensions for drug and human smuggling/illegal entry. The US Attorney's office is a different entity. They handle the prosecution side of the law. The Agents effect the arrest. Kudos to the men and women in green and gold for getting the criminals off the streets!
Sorry but a lot of law enforcement branches have been getting bad legal advice.
Whatever it is, it's not law enforcement when you're breaking the law to do it.
The Border Patrol in particular seems to be one of those with the least training, lowest hiring standards, some of the most intrusive & far reaching of practices
Now if we had a functional branch of law enforcement that went after White Collar Criminals who cause most of the economic damage in this country, I'd be a bit more enthused.
They could stop the Mexican illegals right now if they wanted to by simply enforcing the hiring laws..... They dont want to........They could end the fraudulent and treasonous drug war right now by making them legal like they were 90 years ago ...Available in the pharmacy at affordable prices....... They dont want to.......The drug war launders $500 billion/year in profits a year thru our corrupt banks and is then leveraged a thousand fold thru Fractional reserve lending... They love this war

Officers committed FRAUD SEVERAL TIMES in the video. SUE THEM.

"Where jurisdiction is challenged, it must be proven." Hagans vs. Lavine, 415 U.S. 528 at 533
"Silence can only be equated with fraud where there is a legal or moral duty to speak or where an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading.", U.S. vs. Tweel, 550 F.2d. 299-300 (1977)
I bet they would be singing a different tune if they lived down here on the Texas Mexico Border...
