If you do OLL/PLL before fixing parity, you can end up with one of two parity cases.  The first one is where you have two opposite edges switched. This is covered in these tutorials. The other is where you have two adjacent edges switched. To switch UF with UL, do this simple 2-gen algorithm:

M' U M' U M' U' M' U' M' U2 M' U' M' U'

and this solves the adjacent edge parity.

6:08 isn't parity it's really common and the easiest to finish for me cause that's the first design I learned. When you get that do R U' R' U R U2 R' or something like that. Do it once or twice and the corners solve Then finish the edges.

@BeeSolomona Since you don't know which center is which, you may think you have solved it but you haven't. Try solving the white cross on the blue face for example. An error occurs when you're just about to finish. This video talks about how to fix that error, that parity.

I could never figure out this parity, so i tried to make up my own. So mine is (Preparation hold the switched edges as UF and UB), do the simple alg M' U2 M' U2 M'. Then do a longer alg, but takes little thinking. M' U' M' U' M' d2 M' U' M' U' M' U2. Then do a z2 and do the same alg. Thumbs up so everyone can see!

Why make everything difficult. Fridrich ignores your parity. I have never had a parity error using the Fridrich method on the void cube.
