This says April..so it has started again this year? You mentioned you had an accident years ago. I had a severe car accident 2 years ago and feel like this would be wonderful for neck, back and just strengthening and flexibility. Looking forward to trying this !

Watching you, my father, and your students practice here is an outstanding memory in my childhood. I'll never forget it, and I really enjoyed the classes I joined in on last summer, too.
