  • Heh heh heh ... I might hit those notes with a bad cold getting up too early in the morning ;)

  • I found Vin Diesel!

  • Not true just do what you can do and be who you are it's more than enough!!

  • He puts me to shame :') feel like a sop compared to him !

  • Well you know how JD & George Younce always teased each other about who was best. It's so sad we've lost both of those great talents!

Thank you so much for responding.

  • I'll bet ole JD was a little jealous of you! I would have loved to hear the 2 of you sing together.

  • @Indeejo Never,we had a non musical relationship even though we did a lot of concerts together it always centered around simple things in life, the Lord and just living and enjoying life. We almost never talked about music. JD's wife Marry often said that i reminded her of JD when he was younger, to which JD would say woman shut up. She would wait till he would walk away and then repeat it, was really cute.

  • It never ceases to amaze me how some idiots conduct themselves especially those with no talent !!!!! "If music be the food of love then play on" {William Shakespeare}

  • I am in awe ...this is the first time I've heard a voice such as this solo ...truly remarkable

thank-you for sharing here on youtube

  • so question @NickVlaovich you say you have a 4.5 octave range.. thats pretty wide.. especially for this type of bass voice.. so if that is literally so and not just notes you can reach , but actually sing well in tune, well colored, full, and naturally without reaching, that should mean you could also sing easily into the tenoral registers. Id like to hear that. do you have any things of you singing tenor high G and A or Bb?

  • Let him do a duo with Vladimir Pasjukov. :-)

  • The beginning of the song sounds just like , "When October Goes" sung by Nancy Wilson.

  • You have indeed a very beautiful voice; But I find the title a little too.....

It says lowest bass singer on the planet...ok

Then you say it's not about reaching a certain note it's about having fullness and body with plenty of colour; Ok

    Then I would really like to see a duo with you and lets say... Vladimir Miller on a stage without any kind of amplification;

  • @Gaetumrex

    Fully agreed!

  • I just found out about this singer, holy shit that is a fucking amazing voice!

  • Blew my subwoofer out when you 'sighed' there...

  • @etylerwright1 xD lol

  • Great bass voice. I was wondering if someone would go to my youtube channel: mrmchurch and listen to me singing (without music) and comment whether or not if I have any vocal ability as a high bass or low baritone, or whether I can even carry a tune. I know that people would love my wife's singing.

  • WOW!! Im impressed, Sir. I have always admired JD since a boy. I am now 47. I had not heard of you until tonite. Albiet I have not heard the lowest you can get, but it is comparable to JD.And this song is done very wonderful. Very strong when down deep. Thanks for the inspriation.

  • Similar tone to JD's but not as deep, but still sounds very, very good!

  • Thank you for sharing your, god bless

  • You have a really good bass vocal quality. Very "buzzy" :)

  • Love it !

  • This clip is what I play every morning when I wake up to prep me for my devotion time. It also gives me my "bass singer fix" ....then, I play the other Nic Val clips to charge my soul for the day. Thank you Nic! I sure wish I could get all of your recordings somewhere....How Inspirational!....Best Bass in the world!

  • The Stamps asked me to sing Bass for them after JD's passing at JD and Ed Enoch's request, its not just hitting a note. These notes have fullness and body with plenty of color without studio help and were recorded in one pass, thats rare listen to more and see what you think?

  • @NickVlaovich Where can I purchase any of your Christian Recordings. The finest bass voice I've heard. I have perfect pitch so I know the notes you are singing. Thank you for your response.

  • @NickVlaovich that I concider as a great honor. did you join them? I've sung to some of the songs you've done, I like them and you are a great idol for me.

    take care and God bless.

  • @NickVlaovich I have to say, you are in my humble opinion the very best currently living bass singer. Keep up the excellent work, and God bless you!

  • JD sumner is far lower..

  • Actually, it IS Vlaovich. (I know this). LOL. I agree an excellent singer, though! Blessings!

  • haha! No, my friend, it is spelled Vlaovich. I know this personally. LOL

  • Actually, that's a typo!! His name is Nick Valovich (pronounced Vuh-Law-Vitch). He's not very widely publicized, so it is very difficult to find anything about him online. He is an awesome Bass Singer, and used to make appearances at my church in Stockton, California, becuase he had family there. He started in Gospel Music, but didn't take it far, and then moved onto working with Wayne Newton. I truly wish that he would come back to Gospel!!!

  • That IS his whole name, Nick Vlaovich. LOL sounds GREAT!

  • Dude, what's his whole name? I can't find anything on him anywhere...
