I dont know if anyone knew this, but there was a ledge that you could stand on and avoid maleficents stomping and body swings...? It was one of the roots.

I have an advice for you: have Donald as a healer, Beast as an attacker. Then just hide in the branches and when the dragon shoots the fireballs just parry them with Dodge Roll or something. Beast'll get all HP-bars and then all you gotta do is finish the dragon. BUT: Remember to heal Beast and Donald frequently. And Items you should have: Ethers and Elixirs or Megalixirs for MP and HP. Hope this helped. :)

So u beat Maleficent? I beat her yesterday, I am finishing the game once again. Oh, and about the Fantasia guy, he's not so hard. I passed him today with lv. 52 only. You just gotta have the right accessories for Sora, Strength and Defense raised and Oathkeeper would be good. Megalixirs and Megapotions would be useful, too. It's easy to learn that boss's fighting style. Just see when it does the Firepillar thing and fly away. Ability you could use: Second Chance. :D

@RevanMarek79 i just got to 51 so only one level and i'll try it again haha. i'm using oblivion should i use oathkeeper instead? i just beat the hercules tournament so i got a level up a new keyblad and a new shield for goofy so i feel like i have a better chance haha i get him down to his last bar and the combination of that flame attack the balls of light that follow you and the fireballs he throws i don't last long :(

Oathkeeper raises MP, as I recall so pretty good. But Str is better so go with Oblivion. U have second chance on?

@RevanMarek79 lol in the room where you beat riku for the last time their's a ledge with a treasure chest with dalmations and if you follow it around oblivions in a chest in the middle, i just got second chance so i'll turn that on next time i try i'll probably level up one more time for good measure haha

Hmm, no tips for him. He's kinda easy in his first forms. Just have MP and HP restoring items with you. As many as you can carry. Elixirs and stuff.

The first time I was going to beat this boss, I stood on some spiked vines that are at the end of the platform and let Goofy and Donald bring it down.. I just waited up there with no attacks able to reach me and randomly healed them when they were K.O :D NICE GLITCH !!!

@true stock up on hi potions. Summon tinker bell. Do quick combos so if u got some air combo pluses take them off. Get in and out. Use areo. And most importantly dont get hit by her wild fire attack.

@applelemonhead3345 It cuts the damage taken in half. Aerora and Aeroga have the added effect of damaging any enemies that touch the barrier. There are two bosses that it's not recommended to cast aero on, though, because it makes them stronger (being Ice Titan and Ursula). Sorry, that seems like a lot of information lol

@sk8erkid6485 She still can in this, Riku just forces her into the dragon state and makes it more powerful. Notice when Riku stabs her she mentions the increased power she has obtained and it seems as though she transforms willingly. She still has horns in the game, indicating her dragon form so perhaps before she was stabbed she didn't want to give up her higher level of thought of the sorceress form and wasn't sure that the dragon form (brute strength) would be a better match for sora.

@sk8erkid6485 Riku makes her more powerful, but after watching the video another time you will see that it is maleficent who willingly transforms into the beast. Perhaps in her less powerful stage, she thought that her strategic sorceress form would be a better match against Sora's fighting style than a form of pure strength (dragon form). However, after Riku stabs her all the power she obtains allows her to become much stronger and thusly a more powerful adversary in the dragon state.

Tinkerbell is an ass-saver here. Actually, have Goofy with only MP Gift, Donald using nothing but Cure and Aero, and everyone with every MP Rage and MP Haste ability you can equip, then summon Tinkerbell. You will almost never die in the boss fights with this setup.

You know, there's a small craftiness for winning this battle. I used it sometimes in hard mode, cause this boss is definitely one of the hardest: you can hide from the dragon's many attacks under a tree root somewhere. It can be useful if you need a minute to heal and watch the enemy's moves. A word to the wise is enough... ;)
