  • I heard about it a few months ago. We have a band who says the thing they do it's called a vocal play. It looks like they make music by instruments but they imitate them by mouth. Some guys makes a backing music and one or two sing...It's like acappella with imitation of instruments...Makes impression what human voice can do.

  • However...the guy was very kind, do i dont complain...and the band wonderfull...do u know such genre like vocal play?

  • What do you mean by vocal play...?

  • The band I met is called AudioFeels and it's 8 guys from Poznań ;-D

  • you can find them here , AudioFeels - otherside...for example

  • You are amazing Mattias !!! Thank you one more for answering on all of my questions..

Friday night I was on a great concert. After the gig i got a chance to meet the band, and their acustic engineer and producer ( or maybe i only thought so)in one...and I asked him about their mixing, label, contracts...and he was like " oh...what are you asking me about?" ...He told me a little, but it looked like he got shocked...Why fans can't usually get to know such technical things about records?

  • You are very welcome...Maybe he just didnt know and was therefor slightly surprised and stunned by your questions. A lot of people find these things tedious and boring so...

  • Yes, maybe that's why...He could be first suprised that I came to him to ask the questions, cuz I think the guy is convinced that fans more prefer talk to artists who perfom on stage than to those behind the thing....And yeah my questions....;-D Hope he won't run away from me next time, if I go to say hi ;-D

  • what is that marvelous little teaspoon pedal doing? is it a controll voltage processor? or does it freeze and repeat audio coming into it?

  • Nope...It is actually just a delay with the feedback on max. It is just designed in a very uder-friendly and rhythm-destructive way which I personally love. You can do similar things just having an ordinary stomp box with the feedback on max. But then you wouldnt have a pedal called the teaspoon now would you...

    Thanks for writing !
