to answer some of those questions.....Paula Yates was the wife of Bob Geldof and the girlfriend of Michael Hutchence (who died in '97). Paula died in 2000 as a result of an heroin overdose.
The Big Breakfast aired between '92 and 2002, so considering that it had to be before her death in 2000 that leaves 8 possible years.....looking at Jon's hair, I'd say around '94-'96.
But that is only me guessing here, so no guarantees.
