yum, yum, and furthermore, Yum, very inspiring. the people seem so gentle and good hearted! it reminds me of a place i used to work many years ago, a vegan deli on long island. many former krishnas were part of the crew there. we made something like your savoury rolls but they were called knishes. the potato filling was the most popular but we made them with tofu & spinach filling as well- you can always use tofu instead of cheese...
