  • Next time use a camera stand, but good food.

  • You brought back so many memories for me in this video, especially with the foil covered stove! I haven't seen one since my abuelita's house lol One thing I didn't see was cabbage, you should really try it. It tastes delicious with the other vegetables!

  • Thanks for the video my husband always asks me to cook albondigas for him but I didn't know how to cook them but after seeing your video I'm going to try to cook some today hopefully they will come out good :) thanks!!

  • I love your video. I hope you make some more of them. I'd love to see a good recipe for Chile Colorado here. Thanks for the recipe! It sure looks good!

  • in the mid 70's when we were a struggling couple & there was an economic depression so the only thing my hubbie & i could afford was hamburger.. that i had to learn to cook 100 different ways... i invented a meatball soup that yrs later ...while dining at a mexican restaurant ...i learned was none other than ALBONDIGAS soup, except that mine included condensed tomato soup, shredded cabbage, diced celery & carrots but, was missing the cilantro that is crucial to a truly great Albondigas.

  • I love your video! My Grandma makes the albondigas by themselves and out of tuna, sometimes but this sounds so delicious! I'm anxious to make it like you :) BTW Most Latinas have their stoves like this! Pa k no se manche! LoL Thank You!!

  • i love this ,,if u r not married i will be ur husband lol love albondigas

  • Hi Lili - I hope you're still checking comments because I think your videos (all 3) are wonderful. Just what I've wanted; a native Mexican cook showing me step by step how to cook real Mexican! We love that food.

BTW - my dad in his younger years toured Mexico on his Harley, mostly to climb some famous mountains down there, but we grew up eating good Mexican food before most people could say the word tortilla correctly. My dad was Norwegian but he could speak and write Spanish really well.

  • Looks really good. I will make some tomorrow. Thanks for sharing.

  • I like your video, and it sounds Delicious. I cant wait to try it!
