anybody know how to contact this gentleman? I fell off from stairs badly and injured the area around my upper bicep and deltoid because i strecthed my arm . I could'nt use my right arm initially because of pain and had to drive back home with one hand.
Now the pain has subsided after 4 days but there is still tightness when i try to strech my arm
i so wish you lived in my country. I do lots of martial arts but my problems are always with loose tendons (causing back pain or as now short head bicep tendonitus).
i've had bicep tendonitis for two years, i am a weightlifter however I believe the switch from college life to sitting at a desk 8-9 hours a day working with the mouse has caused this......i really need help, i've tried 2 different physical therapists an orthapedic surgeon and all the same 'impingement' diagnosis and no change
@agc195 not just painful. loud, today I'm going there and it is like walking into a dungeon. maybe i must change the chiro. are you sure it is realxing ?
Definitely a chiropractor - and a good one at that. I've been to a lot and it's obvious that this guys knows his stuff. Physical therapist aren't allowed to make spinal adjustments... at least in most states. I have the same issue as this client and only one chiropractor out of five that I've been to caught it.
could be to do with bad posture... try doing the exercises with your shoulders down and back... it might help... i get the same sort of thing... otherwise try a physio therapist or your doctor.
Thanks for this! But! This bicep tendon can be put back in much more easier and painless way - they do it a lot in Finland for example. The doctor stands behind the patient, grabs his arm and does a loong circular movement while grabbing the tendon and "slipping" it back - this has been done to me many times and it doesn't hurt at all if done correctly... Could you tell your experiences with this other technique?
this is a real solution to a real problem, ive had my bicep tendon slip out and it had to be placed back in and that fixed it short term but what fixed it long term after the chiropractor popped it back in was i strenthened my back muscles to equal the strength of my chest + delts. Good vid.
need help..hi i'm 15 i workd out a with some light dumbell's,and now i cant stretch my arm straight...well i can..but its painfull...i think i over trained it something but its been 2 days and still cant strethc my arms full..
Even if all of this is a placebo, which it may or may not be, who really cares? A placebo works, that's why they're used. I mean, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Right? I think that a lot of things in medicine could possibly work as well as they do because the patients truly believe that the procedures or pills work. The human brain has an amazing ability to help cure some ailments if it simply believes that some process it the thing making the change. So it really doesn't matter either way.
It seems like you are doing more in this video than in the other videos. I know that the videos are just showing what has to be done, but I thought it was interesting how you said this was a very common problem; interesting only because I have never seen that stuff done before.
why spanish?

is this the same as examining myotomes of the nerve roots, finding which ones are weak and then correcting the corresponding vertebra?
