@YANKEEBOY114 I did watch the view, nothing Glenn said was untrue. Both Amtrak and ABC confirmed that the seats were reserved. It was Whoopi and Barbara that lied. Glen said "I think Obama hates white people..." That is called an opinion and is not untrue and some of his actions verify that feeling. Olbermann "exaggerates" (lies) just about every night, this is just one example. You must not have seen any of his tyraids about Bush, they make Glenn's little opinion look like glowing praise.
The details about the seats aren't important. The fact that when he was asked why he lied he said "I don't know," and the fact that when asked if he checked his own facts, he emphatically said no, using the excuse that he was a "commentator" is important.

I see your point, but they're different. If you ever watch CNN, you'll see that their political analysts don't really argue with each other at all, and when they do, it's never very serious. Glen said "I think Obama hates white people..." That is called an opinion and is not untrue and some of his actions verify that feeling. Olbermann "exaggerates" (lies) just about every night, this is just one example. You must not have seen any of his tyraids about Bush, they make Glenn's little opinion look like glowing praise.

Do me a favor, go to Google Books, look up "deserving of their scorn" (one of the quotes from the video) and look at the context. He is explaining the philosophy of some of the blacks he was working with, not telling his own! The quote that opens the video is being said by someone else in the book!!!! I see your point, but they're different. If you ever watch CNN, you'll see that their political analysts don't really argue with each other at all, and when they do, it's never very serious. They mostly just talk about political strategy, what Obama should say, which states he'll win, etc. What I meant was, how many times has he been a guest on a real liberal show where he'll get asked hard questions? (Like the Daily Show.) Jon Stewart's repeatedly invited him, and Beck never responds.

Not sure what comment you're replying to, but I assume you're talking about the fact that they're all biased. Let me say something clearly: I don't think it's a problem for some stations to be biased. MSNBC can be liberal, FOX can be conservative.
The problems are if that bias causes the network to CONSTANTLY lie, distort the truth, and create fear and paranoia. That's what Fox does, that's what MSNBC (Maddows, Matthews) doesn't do.

I have stated many times to look up the information in the records and NOT the media, you get all of your information from books written by people who give partial facts and Beck, who has been repeatedly proven to be lying. It is you who are falling into the media trap,not I. Which is why you can not win; your premise of facts is wrong to start with.
Both sides share blame, not just one, as I have stated before.

Furthermore, check the actual registration records as well as the donors at fundraisers for republicans: you will find your numbers are once more, in the least, misleading. This is the bottom line, I hold BOTH sides accountable for the problems and media figures like Beck for promoting it. You want to pin all the blame on one side; immature, naive and frankly, sad

None of this has anything to do with my original statement that Beck lies about our history and feeds propaganda. That Center for Responsive Politics has no outside, unbiased fact checkers;the only verification they have is from inside. I can cite a dozen outside groups (People for the American Way,for example) that DO have oversight and a full picture. Any1 can form a group + say "verified."

Studies by UCLA, George Mason University, Chicago University, the Pew Research Center etc have all found a liberal bias in the media and have also found Fox News the most "fair and balanced". They WERE PAID TO MAKE THE STUDY ($40,500) and their entire work has been REPEATEDLY shown to be flawed.
