I'm taking one off my arm that is about 6 by 6 inches. One session in and the pain is so intense I doubt I'll be able to go back... think hard about how bad you want it gone, because the laser boils the ink under your skin and you are left with a burnt-smelling battered arm for a week after (and you have to repeat that about 10 times at least).

I've had 3 laser removal sessions so far and the first one was the most pain full. The tattoo turned, like in the video, but the color started coming back within minutes. After the first treatment the laser removal hasn't turned white but there’s been a lot of fading. I assure you that it's probably not a blister.

I just had a second wave of laser treatment to remove my forearm tattoo 30 minutes ago and they went deeper this time and it FUCKING HURTS my friends! @Yuffie3982 Well... a) If they don't think carefully about the design before, they're going to regret later for sure. b) If they get tattoos like the names of boyfriends/girlfriends and stuff like this, they have many possibilities to remove them in the future. c) Tattoos are always a kind of "problem" for jobs, as long as they are viewable. If a person choose to get a tattoo somewhere that it can be covered easily, there is no problem.

Also the laser is NOT purple like seen here. It is an infrared laser (about 1000nm wavelength). The beam is invisible so it does not have a "color".
