This reminds me of my younger brother. A very loving kid in his days who only wanted love and attention from our mother, but never got it. He grew up, got into drugs, began fighting, stealing, etc... and now he's in prison. It just makes me think: would his life had been better, had he gotten the love he desperately wanted? Either way, great song.
