This same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago and all i did was i held both the top and bottom button until it went past the shutdown screen. After that you will have to let go of the bottom button until the apple sign shows up, you will then continue holding the top button until it powers back on. This helped me and i hope it helps you.

I think it's a while ago, but might help some other guys. Please never Restore from jailbroken / iPod files to an iPhone. You should know exactly the Firmware-File. Then after restore it MUST be like ooB.

Oh, I forgot. Please go to SSH and please make sure that every file on your Phone/Touch got chmod 777!!! I had to restore because I changed the Wallpaper with ssh. It sets the rights 554 or so. So I just thaught every file would be deleted, but the Wallpaper still exists. I wasnt really able to delete the Wallpaper and the most bigger problem was that I hated the Wallpaper and wanted to choose a new picture from my saved Photos.
