From what I can tell, he used Chanel for the liquid shadow on the top lid (not sure about bottom part though) plus the powder is also Chanel.

Control color is a primer that helps to even out the skintone and makes the face brighter.

It doesn't not help to cover, just to enchance the face by making the face one tone; therefore it's not a BB cream.

There's no mention in the video at all about what brand he uses. So far, I could tell that the eyeshadow powder and the liquid eyeshadow are both Chanel, I also saw some other brands from Japanese makeup company but don't remember which one.
