I find it unfortunate that these trains started to get very rough riding between Wallsend and Walkergate. Plus that tight curve at Chillingham Road has a strange throwing action to me.

I've been acquiring lots of video footage from the front-seat of Metros, my top tip is to firmly place your hands on the plastic area surrounding the window so that the camera is held steady. Holding the camera in your hands to cushion it might seem more stable but I can assure you it isn't.

I've got footage of the whole network now but much of it is through scruffy windows or twilight conditions so I'd like something better before uploading.

Hi glad you enjoyed the video. Unfortunately due to xmas being a very busy work time for me, I won't get anymore video done until January now. I would at some point like to do the rest of the airport line.

Not quite sure if I could handle sitting on a Metro all the way London. Its bad enough sitting on one all the way Sunderland. Not the most comfortable seats,but then Metro trains aren't meant to be comfortable.

I would like to do some video like this of the rest of the line and more video of the tunnel sections, but its all about having the time. And also its all about being able to get the front seat;-)
