@bori58-i had the same issue and after a month finally got an rma#.but they claim they can't issue a refund and it's my banks fault. i've taken this up with my bank and it is a scam.whatever you do , do not purchase from this company smoke 51. it is a scam company. they have charged my credit card multiple times and refuse to issue a refund. i'm trying to warn people anyway i can.

I tried this product with the free trial they are offering and got scammed. I called their phone number for a RMA to return it and got a recording to email return @ smoke 51. I got a response that gave me an address,no name (like smoke51) and no RMA number. If you read in their return procedures it states not to send items back without a RMA number, so I've tried everything ( phone calls, email) and get only a recording or a email not giving a RMA number. Be careful with this company.
