Good for you for having lost the weight. However, I see a lot of processed, packaged, preservative-full ready meals and snacks that you should be cutting out. Eating whole and natural foods you cook yourself is a lot healthier (and fun!) than eating microwaveable or frozen meals. Also, avoid eating things that are "fat free" or "diet" as they are generally full of nasty chemicals and additives. For example, a Lean Cuisine meal has a tremendous amount of SODIUM to make it taste "good."
Although I have nothing against trying to lose weight and get healthy, it breaks my heart that even the women who are trying to model clothes intended for bigger or fat women aren't allowed to be bigger! But good luck!

The issue with me I am full time mother and wife so my life is crazy plus I am a emotionally eater now I made some small steps I cut the snacking out I just eat peanuts or trail mix for snacks for brunch I will eat oatmeal or cream of wheat dinner I made a change for not eating fried food carbs.

You look fantastic! I just started a very similar diet on Jan 1st and have lost my first 5 lbs.My goal is to lose 60 lbs. in 3 months. I have been exercising every day on the treadmill for cardio and some strength training on my home gym. I can only hope I see the same results you did! I plan to document my weekly progress on video over the next 90 days at which time I will also upload a video.
im working out right now. i run 4 miles everyday... i thought i wouldnt drink any soda either, just water and gatorade... but a can of sprite has Less calories than gatorade... ive never looked at sugars, carbs etc. just calories

im glad she concentrated so much on calories and not exercise.I exercised an hour a day for 5 yrs.i did not see any significant weight loss unless i limited my calories.I found that exercise makes me more hungry.it makes it harder to stay within my calorie limit.I loose more weight when i concentrate on my diet and dont exercise.Excersise is good but thats for when u want to tone up.if your really serious about weight loss.measure your food and eat 1500 calories and the weight will fall off

@internetfan2005 I actually recorded my weight (weekly) and measurements (monthly). I tried not to over obsess with numbers and I set realistic goals that I knew I could achieve even on a bad week. How the clothes fit is obviously important but I feel its more about being healthy then being a certain size. Good Luck to you :)

@girrlygirl11 I asked my doctor this and she said that counting calories is ridiculous. In order to lose weight/ get healthy you shouldn't count calories and just each raw (fresh foods) without preservatives. The chemicals and sodium and sugar and all that crap ruins everything. You're just eating empty calories. You can still eat popcorn only if it's air popped and not microwaved. Popcorn has a lot of fiber which is good.

I wouldn't drink any diet soda, the artificial sweetening they use in it is really bad for you. Plus if you check the ingredience they use esparteme (Or however it is spelled) and that is well known to give future cancer. Drinking regular soda is better for you than diet.

@FallenNights That honestly depends on many factors; current weight, height, age, health, exercise, diet, commitment level, etc. If you are not that heavy it may not be ideal to try to make goals that high. Since I do not know your current situation (I am not in any means a doctor/nutritionist) I really can say if that's realistic/healthy or not. Best of luck to you :)

@girrlygirl11 I asked my doctor this and she said that counting calories is ridiculous. In order to lose weight/ get healthy you shouldn't count calories and just each raw (fresh foods) without preservatives. The chemicals and sodium and sugar and all that crap ruins everything. You're just eating empty calories. You can still eat popcorn only if it's air popped and not microwaved. Popcorn has a lot of fiber which is good.

Exactly 1 year ago, I was 5"8, weighed 187, was 13 years old, and started to bench weights, started at 50lbs. Today I weigh 148lbs, bench press 125, curl 85, and ab crunch 95 lbs. I did no dieting but made a "life style" change that I hope to continue for the rest of my life, some its a big decision to make at a young age, but a result of my yearlong marker is these...

I wouldn't drink any diet soda, the artificial sweetening they use in it is really bad for you. Plus if you check the ingredience they use esparteme (Or however it is spelled) and that is well known to give future cancer. Drinking regular soda is better for you than diet.

Your right about gaining the weight back because if its not a life style change, it becomes a waste of time. I had to start all over because I didn't continue. I just started back again so that I could keep the weight off for good. Go a head and check me out, I would preciate the extra help.

@FallenNights That honestly depends on many factors; current weight, height, age, health, exercise, diet, commitment level, etc. If you are not that heavy it may not be ideal to try to make goals that high. Since I do not know your current situation (I am not in any means a doctor/nutritionist) I really can say if that's realistic/healthy or not. Best of luck to you :)

you're really inspiring! Within the past year i've gained about 30 pounds after moving in with my boyfriend who CONSTANTLY eats out..and i began doing the same thing.
