  • Hi Keith, looks delicious..about the clarified butter..do u make your own and if so, how do u make it? Whats the difference w/clarified butter vs regular butter? Do u just melt it and skim off the fat?...thanks! Angie

  • I prefer Kikomen low sodium, look for a green bottle. I would strongly advise against cheaper or store brands. this one is authentic.

  • This recipe ROCKS! The toasted sesame seeds and the soy sauce on the fish and the snow pea stirfry was a great combination taste-wise. Got to sample this on the set and tried to do it myself the next day with tilapia (no halibut at Publix). Not the same but still pretty good. Can't wait to give it another try with the halibut. - the close up camera man
