I dont know. I have only tried it with level 1 characters. But you can try.

Depends. As it says in the film. It changes the level of your character after the server restart (mostly after a new patch). So i say around 2-6 days maby.

Just send 1 or 2 mails at a time so you dont stress the system. After that you can send 1-2 mails more ;)

Yes it does still work as long as it isnt a trail, banned or unpayed account (the bot cant find them, becuse they dosent "exist" for the bot and will not show up. :( ) and it takes more then a day and the time it takes is diffrent from user to user becuse it will change the level after the server is restarting (or being updating).
