@outlawriding525 it was when it was still in break in and only getin 75% of its power to make keep the egt's low so u wont cool the low friction coat cool...and that protects the hexes in the cylinder wall
@outlawriding525 there a few vids of the 700xx going 140km/hr= 86.97 mph on a stock machine and a ltr500 will do 88mph with enough room. my friend proved it with a gps when he had his.
@outlawriding525 450 dirt-bikes may have a close top speed but they get there a shit load faster than than quads do. and also the gearing on the 450's hold them back on the top end. a
oh when there snow or the trail is muddy dirt bikes are grounded.

Sorry but unless you get me a video with someone who actually knows how to ride an IRS bike racing a lt500 im not going to believe you. after buying my 700xx i have to say this is the best bike anyone could ever ride. for Trails or Track. 10 inch tires bring its track reputation out..
@frostbytey a banshee is way cheeper to mod and these like 100 banshees to 1 ltr500.... and remember ltr500 is a 2 stroke and they stop building them in the 80s.... and yes the xx is the best all round quad thats why i own one and note i only hade about 1hr of ride time one my xx when my friend took this vid

But honestly seeing how much money they do pour into these banshees with... 1000cc motors, or even turbos, nitrous, superchargers, theres just so many different banshees out west with all this money. I honestly think they got more money in they're quads than in they're own cars. But Ive never seen a 500 ltr or never raced them...But i have beat many modded banshees on my 700xx. Im hoping to find a 500ltr someday
they sell the 10,20 and 30hp kit on the shelf,banshee comes with 2x fogger 2x15hp jet option, yeah my fully sick banshee is way faster in a drag race because of power about 90hp with c16 fuel 30hp nos and 18cc domes with extra 2 degrees timing, and the 6th gear, BUT is 450 is wider and quicker around 80% of tracks. i know in the states they get more that 100hp from big bore and stroke banshees

you would hurt ur self on a stock trx700xx and the engine was still on the brake in piriod of 20 hours in witch the ecu limites the max enginge output by 35% and even with that it still hit 80mph a yfz can only dp 75 fully broken in......oh now it hits 86 and it still is stock and i gest oohhhh this quad won the baja 250, 500, and 1000 and no yfz had come close to me the only quad ive bin beat buy is a full built raptor 735 se he hade 67 crank hp my trx has 53 hp a yfz has 39.9...
oh sorry im not into gay enduros, i race mx. and i said fully moded, not stock, hence everything, including 30hp wet fogger nos kit with a 2lb bottle by trinity racing stage4.
trinity is da shit. my ferind is building a 421 banshee with trin pipes and bb kit........3more months and they will have parts for the xx..... and i never seen a nos kit give a quad a 30hp boost.... ill put a vid of my xx on the locol mx track when all the snow melts.......my frerinds ski-doo 800 e-tec will smoke any quad but its a sled. u ever riden a sled going 140mph stock....it fun lol,,,,,

700xx does not do 86. the lt500 fastest production quad ever made only went 82 or 83 u are prob in the high 70's but not 86
